🌿 Sacred Exchange Policy

(Refunds, Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals)

Each healing session is a sacred appointment between your soul and the work that wishes to unfold through you. In respect for your time, my time, and the spiritual energy that guides this practice, please read and honor the following policies:

✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice)

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• With 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: The session is considered confirmed and is non-refundable, as the time has been held in sacred trust for you.

✨ No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend your session and no prior notice is given, the session is considered a no-show.
• No-shows are non-refundable, as the energetic container has been prepared in your name.
• You are always welcome to rebook when you are ready to show up fully.

✨ Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time so we can honor the full duration of your session.
• If you arrive late, we will begin when you arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• If more than 15 minutes have passed with no contact, the session may be considered a no-show.

✨ Energy Exchange & Refunds

Because this work is spiritual and energetic in nature, completed sessions are not refundable. If you feel something was out of alignment, please reach out. I am committed to holding space for your healing and will work with you to bring balance.
